Delivery Policy

1. LP Packs

LP pack orders are intended to be delivered promptly after payment confirmation, subject to staff review, automation status, and server availability.

2. Vehicles and Bundles

Vehicle and bundle delivery may require manual processing. Delivery time can vary depending on queue volume, staff availability, and the information provided with the order.

3. Gang Packages and Custom Services

Gang packages and custom items are manually fulfilled and may require planning, asset selection, approvals, or customer communication before completion.

4. Customer Cooperation

If we need details from you to complete an order, you must provide them within a reasonable time. Delays caused by missing responses, unavailable selections, or incomplete instructions may delay fulfillment.

5. Fulfillment Window

Delivery timing is an estimate only and not a guarantee unless explicitly stated by Legacy Heights RP staff.
