Refund Policy

1. General Rule

All sales are final for delivered digital products, virtual goods, custom server packages, and fulfilled services, except where refunds are required by law.

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

LP packs, vehicle purchases, bundles, gang packages, custom services, manually fulfilled items, and delivered in-game benefits are generally non-refundable once granted, reserved, or started.

3. Possible Exceptions

A refund request may be reviewed if a duplicate payment was made, the order could not be fulfilled at all, or an obvious billing error occurred on our side.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback after delivery or fulfillment may result in suspension or removal of purchased items, account restrictions, and dispute response evidence being provided to the payment processor.

5. Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be sent back through the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank.

6. Policy Notice

This policy is intended to clearly describe our store rules, but it does not remove any rights that may apply under mandatory law.
