1. Agreement

By purchasing from the Legacy Heights RP Store, you agree to these Terms of Service and all store policies linked on this website.

2. Digital Products

All products sold through this store are digital products, virtual items, in-game benefits, custom packages, or server-related services for Legacy Heights RP.

3. Product Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the product purchased. Some items may be delivered automatically, while custom packages may require manual review, setup, or communication with staff.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and any details needed to fulfill their purchase. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Server Rules

Any purchased item remains subject to Legacy Heights RP server rules, staff decisions, and community standards. A purchase does not grant immunity from moderation, bans, wipes, balance changes, or enforcement actions.

6. No Ownership Transfer

Purchases grant limited access or use within Legacy Heights RP only. They do not transfer ownership of the server, its assets, or its intellectual property.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the store’s Refund Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge that digital products may be non-refundable once delivered or fulfilled, except where required by law.

8. Chargebacks and Fraud

Fraudulent transactions, payment disputes made after delivery, abuse of chargebacks, or attempts to obtain products without valid payment may result in order cancellation, in-game removal of purchased benefits, account action, and submission of relevant records to the payment processor.

9. Changes to Products

Legacy Heights RP may update, replace, rebalance, rename, or discontinue products, benefits, and in-game content at any time for gameplay, technical, moderation, or operational reasons.

10. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legacy Heights RP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the server or store.
